The Forrest Centre is fully air conditioned, and utilises a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient system controlled through a DDC (Direct Digital Control) system.

Blinds are provided by the Lessor to blend with the internal décor. It is preferable that these blinds be kept closed when the sun penetrates specific windows, in order to assist optimum performance of the air conditioning system.

During the usual working hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm on weekdays (refer to your Lease for confirmation of your "normal hours of business"), the air conditioning system works automatically.

After Hours Air Conditioning

For use outside normal business hours, the system must be operated manually.

Each floor has a control for after hours air conditioning. To operate the system, pass the proximity card in front of the proximity reader located next to the north fire stair door. Each operation of the reader allows two hours of operation. Proximity cards must be programmed by Building Management to allow after hours operation.

At the end of each month, the cost of running after hours air conditioning is invoiced to the respective tenants for the cost incurred.
