The Car Park has three levels, B1 Upper Level, B2 Middle Level, and B3 Lower Level.

Entry to B1 and B2 is via Mounts Bay Road. Exit from B1 and B2 is to St Georges Terrace. Entry and Exit to B3 is via Mounts Bay Road.

B1 and B3 are secured parking areas with entry and exit boom gates operated by a proximity card. B2 is reserved for public parking and casual pass holders.

Three service bays are located on B1, adjacent to the Car Park Attendants' office.

A height restriction of 2.08 metres applies in the car park.

Speed limit at all times is 8kph.
