The following maintenance items can be arranged through the managing agents at the Lessee' cost. The managing agent will be able to advise of the general costs involved prior to the work being carried out.
- Replace light bulbs;
- Install/relocate power points;
- Repair door hardware;
- Electrical work;
- Hang pictures;
- Install minor shelving;
- Install signs (purchased by tenant);
- Painting; and
- Plumbing.
Common area maintenance items, will be undertaken by building services personnel as a building variable outgoings expense.
For general tenancy and common area maintenance items, please provide specific details on the attached Property Service Request form and forward to the management office by facsimile 9321 3496.
Building service personnel will contact you and arrange the appropriate maintenance and/or repair.
Tenant Signage
Further to the provisions of the Lease agreement, all signage on or visible from the common area, or from the exterior of the premises, must receive the managing agent's written approval prior to commencement and will be co-ordinated by the managing agent.
Directory Boards
Within the building, the control of the directory is through the managing agent. All details of name requirements should be by liaison with the managing agent to ensure community and uniformity.
The cost of the signage will be at the Lessee's expense.
